Please remember...

  • To bring two (2) pieces of valid government-issued photo and signature ID (ie. drivers license, passport or citizenship card);
  • DO NOT sign your document until you are before a Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths;
  • All documents should be completed (except for date and signature) prior to the appointment;
  • We CANNOT notarize or commission any document unless the person signing the document appears before us; and
  • We can only certify copies of originals, not photocopies.
